Custom Digital Moment Cards

Moment cards allow users to share recognition using a personalised background.

You can provide us with your branded designs using photography or illustrations to be configured into the system.

Recommended Number of Designs: 3-6 custom card backgrounds

Illustrated Moment Cards

  • Format: SVG with transparent background

  • Dimensions: 580px wide × 326px high (16:9 ratio)

  • File size: 500 KB maximum

  • Text clearance: Keep the bottom left area (350px × 210px) clear for text overlay

  • Hex code: Provide the hex code for each illustration's background color

  • Note: Opacity is reduced to 50% on mobile devices


Photographic Moment Cards

  • Minimum resolution: 1160px wide × 652px high at 72 DPI

  • File type: No restrictions

  • Image quality: Must be sharp and well-lit; blurry, pixelated, or poorly lit images cannot be used

  • Hex code: Provide a brand colour hex code for overlay to ensure text remains readable

  • Note: On mobile, text appears over the entire photo

On mobile, text will appear over the whole photo.

Moment Card Thumbnails

  • Format: SVG with transparent background

  • Dimensions: 40px × 40px

  • Hex code: Provide a background colour that complements the associated full-size card
