WOW points are transferred to MyChoices accounts on a monthly basis, not immediately.
Key timing:
Transfers happen once per month
Points are credited around the 15th of the following month
Processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks from request date
Why There's a Delay?
WOW points are processed in monthly batches rather than in real-time. This means:

✅ Points appear around the 15th of the next month

If you request a transfer on 4th April:
Request submitted: 4th April
Points credited: Around 15th May
