You've transferred your store credit into WOW points but they haven't appeared in your account yet even though it's been 3 weeks. <br>​<br>There's no need to worry as WOW points are credited to users' MyChoices accounts around the 15th of the month after you request them, as they're transferred monthly.

For example, if you request to transfer your store credit into WOW points on the 4th of April they won't be available to use until the 15th of May.
