How to Reclaim a Balance
Go to Manage Organisation → Users
Find the user whose balance you want to reclaim
Click the three dots next to their name
Select Reclaim balance
In the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm

Important Notes
This action works for both active and suspended users — use with caution.
The full balance will be returned to your organisation’s funds (for fiat currency accounts).
For points-based systems, reclaimed balances behave differently, as points are not tied to the organisation’s float.
This action cannot be reversed.
This process replaces the need to contact support for one-off balance reclaims.
