How do I access my Mo Account?
When your employer invites you to Mo, you'll receive a welcome email containing a sign-in link. Simply click this link to access Mo for the first time and get started.
📲 You can also access Mo on the go with our mobile app, available for download on the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android devices.
Mo Homepage
Your Mo Homepage is designed to keep you connected to your team's achievements and ensure you never miss an opportunity to celebrate, recognize, or engage with the moments that make work meaningful.
Latest Moments: Stay up-to-date with the most recent moments posted by your teammates and the people you follow. This feed keeps you connected to celebrations, achievements and insights happening across your network.
Upcoming Occasions: Never miss an important moment with your team or network. Your Homepage displays upcoming occasions for both your team and the broader group of people you follow, helping you stay engaged with what matters to your colleagues.
Active Boosts: See the Boosts you're currently involved in. These are prompts automatically set by your manager or organisation to encourage you to share wins, recognise each other, or reflect on progress. Boosts help create regular touch points for recognition and reflection.
Your Milestones: Track your engagement and contribution with personal milestones showing moments shared, reactions given and comments shared. These milestones celebrate your active participation in building a positive workplace culture.
Finding your profile
At the top of the page (in the purple bar) you'll find a few key things. In the middle, you'll be able to search for your colleagues which is great for checking out all the great things they've been doing recently!
On the right, you'll see your name and avatar. Click on this to go to your profile, alternatively, you can click the dropdown and select 'View profile'.
Navigating Mo
The left sidebar contains Mo's main navigation menu. You'll notice your current location highlighted.
A quick overview of the navigation is below:
Home - This is your Homepage dashboard, where you'll find the latest moments from your team and network, upcoming occasions, your personal milestones, and active Boosts you're involved in.
Moments - This is where you'll find the moments feed (previously called the Homepage) with all the moments posted by people you work with and follow.
Boosts - This page will show you the existing Boosts that you are a part of.
Colleagues - This is where you'll be able to find all your colleagues and see what's going on.
Notifications - This is where you'll catch up on all the activity you've missed while you were logged out.
Inspire & Celebrate - the tabs here will vary depending on the features your company has chosen to activate. This section may include:
Rewards - access to the reward store and redemption options
Nominations - functionality for nomination events or recognition programmes at your organisation.
Ideas - a place where your organisation will use to share and collaborate on new ideas
