Setting Up Points

This article is a guide on how to use our reward points feature to redeem e-gift vouchers.

Mo's Points feature allows you to issue rewards in customisable point values that can be used to redeem e-gift cards and custom rewards from the reward store instead of store credit.

Key features:

  • Name options to suit your points scheme

  • Choice of 3 icons to represent points

  • The ability to set the value of your reward points

How to Set Up Reward Points

To customise the reward points, you’ll need points enabled on your account as your reward settings and have reward admin access.

Navigate to the Points Settings section from Manage organisation > Rewards to open the 'Points Settings' page.

In the 'Points Settings' page, you’ll find the following customisation options:

  1. Name Option: Choose a name for your points (i.e. points, tokens, coins, credits)

  2. Icons: Select from 3 available icons to display next to the user’s point balance.

3. Conversion Rate: Set the exchange rate for points relative to a single unit of your base currency. You can also set individual rates for specific countries.

For example, if you have users across Europe you’ll be able to set France and Germany as different values.

Then click 'save' to complete.

How the Points Configuration Works

In the system, points are always configured as:

1 unit of local currency = X points

You can choose how many points equal 1 unit of currency.


Important to note:


✅ You can configure currency → points

❌ You cannot configure 1 point = fixed currency value

This means for each supported currency, you can only define how many points equal 1 unit of that currency.
