Use Group Mapping to connect UKG Beacon (Mo) groups with Ready cost centers levels. This helps organise employees in Beacon using Ready data and keeps mapped group values aligned when cost center data changes.
What Group Mapping Does
Group Mapping allows you to link:
a UKG Beacon (Mo) Group, and/or
a Ready Cost Center
This mapping supports organisational alignment between Ready and Beacon.
If a Ready cost center is mapped to a Beacon group, updates made to that cost centre are automatically reflected in UKG Beacon (Mo).
One or both fields can be left blank, depending on the client’s setup.
Multiple groups and cost centres can be added.
Group Mapping Fields
