Your Mo profile helps colleagues get to know you and showcases your contributions across the organisation. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your profile effectively.
Viewing Your Profile
On Desktop: Click your name in the navigation bar at the top of any Mo page
On Mobile App: Tap "More" at the bottom of the screen, then select 'view profile'
Understanding Your Profile Sections
Your profile is organised into two main areas:
About Me: Your personal information, bio, preferences, and interests
Moments: All the Moments you've been involved in, with filtering options
Moments Section
Your Moments section displays your Mo activity and achievements:
Default view: Shows all Moments you've been involved in
Filter options: View only Moments you created or were tagged in
Manager view: If you have manager permissions, see Moments about your direct reports
Highlights: Pin important Moments to your "About Me" section for visibility
Use Highlights to showcase your key achievements and contributions where everyone can see them.
Editing Your Profile
Getting Started
On Desktop (two ways):
Option 1 - Via Settings:
Click your profile image in the top right corner
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Select Edit profile
Make your changes
Click Save changes when finished
Option 2 - Via Profile Page:
Go to your profile page
Click the three dots menu
Select Edit profile
Make your changes
Click Save changes when finished
On Mobile App:
Tap More at the bottom of the screen
Select Settings
Select Edit profile
Make your changes
Click Save changes when finished
