I just received a welcome email. How do I get started?

Click the "Set up your profile" button in your welcome email. This will take you to the Mo login setup page where you'll activate your account.


How do I know which login method my company uses?

Your company uses one of two methods:

  • Native Login: You create a Mo-specific password

  • SSO (Single Sign-On): You use your existing company email and password

The setup process will automatically detect which method your company uses.


Native Login

How do I set up my password for the first time?

  1. Click "Set up your profile" in your welcome email

  2. You'll be prompted to create a password for Mo

  3. Your password must be at least 10 characters long

  4. We recommend including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters

  5. Save your password in a secure password manager

How do I log in after setting up my password?

Use these credentials to log in:

Email: The email address where you received the welcome email

Password: The Mo password you created during setup

I forgot my Mo password. How do I reset it?

  1. Go to the Mo login page

  2. Click "Forgotten password?"

  3. Check your email for a password reset link

  4. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

  5. Use your new password to log in and save your password in a secure password manager

Important: Password reset emails are valid for 24 hours only. If you request multiple resets, only the most recent email link will work.

My Mo account is locked. How do I unlock it?

Your Mo account gets locked after too many incorrect password attempts.
To unlock it:

  1. Contact your organisation's internal Mo admin or contact Mo support

  2. You'll then receive a password reset email

  3. Click the reset link in the email and create a new password that meets these requirements:

    • Minimum 10 characters long

    • Mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (like !*&)

  4. Use your new password to log in and save your password in a secure password manager


SSO Login

How do I log in with SSO?

  1. Enter your email address on the Mo login page

  2. You'll be automatically redirected to your company's login screen

  3. Enter your usual company email and password (the same ones you use for other work applications)

  4. Complete any additional security steps your company requires

  5. You'll be redirected back to Mo once authenticated

My company uses multi-factor authentication (MFA). Do I need this for Mo?

Yes, if your company requires MFA for other applications, you'll need to complete the same MFA process when logging into Mo.

I'm getting "There's been a problem with Single Sign On" or similar SSO sign-in errors. What do I do?

If Mo doesn't recognise you during SSO login:

  1. Check with your internal Mo admin that your organisation have set up a user account for you in Mo

  2. If so, ask your internal Mo admin to verify if your sso uid has been configured correctly

  3. If the issue persists, contact Mo support for further assistance.

I forgot my company password. How do I reset it?

Contact your IT department or follow your company's standard password reset process. Mo uses your company's authentication system, so password resets would be handled by your organisation.


Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

I'm getting an "incorrect password" error

For Native Login users:

  • Use the "Forgotten password?" link to reset your Mo password

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address (the one that received the welcome email)

For SSO users:

  • "Forgotten password?" link will not work for your account

  • Contact your IT department for password assistance

  • Try logging into another company application to verify your credentials work

I can't find my welcome email

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Search your email for "Mo" or the sender's email address

  • Contact your manager or internal Mo admin to resend the invitation

The "Set up your profile" link isn't working

  • Make sure you're clicking the link from the most recent welcome email

  • Try copying and pasting the link directly into your browser

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again

I'm not being redirected properly with SSO

  • Make sure you're using the correct company email address

  • Contact your IT department to verify your SSO access is properly configured

  • Try using a different browser or incognito/private browsing mode

I'm still having trouble logging in

Contact Mo support by clicking the chat widget in the bottom right corner, or reach out to your system administrator for assistance.
