Send welcome invitations to multiple users at once

Use bulk invitations when launching Mo organisation-wide or when adding multiple new colleagues who need access to Mo.

⚠️ Note: You need Admin permissions in Mo to send bulk invitations.

When to Use Bulk Invitations

  • Organisation-wide rollout when first implementing Mo

  • Department launches for specific teams or groups

  • Phased rollouts for different organisational segments

  • New hire cohorts starting together

How Bulk Invitations Work

Prerequisites

  1. User accounts must be created first in Mo

  2. Users must show as "New" in status

  3. Valid email addresses required for all users

The Bulk Invitation Process

  1. Go to Manage Organisation β†’ Users

  2. Filter user list for "Awaiting Invite"

  3. Review the user list to confirm who will receive invitations

  4. Click the "Invite" button below the "Awaiting Invite" numbers in the overview dashboard

  5. All users in this section receive welcome emails immediately

What Happens After Sending Invitations

Users Receive Welcome Emails

  • Automatic email delivery to all selected users

  • Account activation instructions included in each email

  • Direct links to activate their Mo account

User Activation Process

  1. Users click the link in their welcome email

  2. Set up their Mo account following email instructions

  3. Complete their profile information

  4. Begin using Mo for recognition and engagement

Troubleshooting Bulk Invitations

No "Invite" Button Visible

Possible causes:

  • No users in "Awaiting Invite" status

  • Users already invited or activated

Solutions:

  • Check that user accounts are created but not yet invited

  • Contact Mo support if the button should be visible

Some Users Not Receiving Emails

Common issues:

  • Emails going to spam/junk folders

  • Incorrect email addresses in user profiles

  • Email delivery delays or failures

Solutions:

  • Ask users to check spam folders

  • Verify email addresses in user management

  • Resend individual invitations if needed

Users Can't Activate Accounts

Possible problems:

  • Email links expired or not working

  • Browser or technical issues

Solutions:

  • Resend welcome emails for fresh links

  • Provide clear password requirement guidance

  • Offer technical support for browser issues
