To be able to reward your team, you need to belong to a spending pot 💰. If your organisation has enabled this feature for you, you'll be able to find your spending pot by heading to Rewards->Your spending pots. If not, then don't worry, there are still other ways to recognise your team!
Spending Pot Breakdown
This is an example of what your spending pot will look like.
Here, you'll be able to see:
Whether this pot is entirely for you to spend or whether it's a shared pot.
Your spend (here, we can see that so far, I've spent £0 out of my £10 budget).
How many days you have left to spend this amount (this particular spending pot refreshes each month, so I have until the 1st of April to spend my £10. In April, I will get another £10 to spend).
Reward types are available for you to send to your team.
A record of the rewards you've already sent that cycle (Rewards given).
