As part of our ✨fresh✨ upcoming release of a new Integration with MS Teams, we've put some FAQs together to help you understand how you'll be able to use the MS Teams Mo app, once it's live in your organization's MS Teams.

What notifications can I expect from the bot & how can I interact with them?

Moments

You've been tagged/mentioned in a Moment

  • You'll be able to comment and react straight from Teams!

You were tagged/mentioned in a reward Moment

  • You'll be able to comment and react straight from Teams!

You have been notified as a manager

  • You'll be able to comment and react straight from Teams!

You should appreciate some colleagues

  • You'll have the option to create a Moment & tag the recipient user straight from Teams!

Boosts

You've been asked to take part in a Boost

  • You'll be able to post a response to a Boost prompt straight from Teams!

Occasions

It's [somebody's] first day! Share and celebrate

  • You'll have the option to create a Moment & tag the user straight from Teams!

It's [somebody's] work anniversary! Share and celebrate

What about other Mo features? Can I expect Teams notifications from those?

As this release is brand new there are certain Mo features you won't receive Teams notifications from just yet.

These include:

  • Ideas

  • Challenges
