You need either Nominations Manager or Nominations Admin permissions to announce nominations.
Understanding Nomination Announcements
What Announcing Nominees Does
When you announce nominees:
✅ Nominees receive an email notification
✅ They can view all submissions written about them in the app
✅ Recognition happens before winners are selected
✅ Everyone nominated feels appreciated
Why Announce Nominees Separately
Announcing nominees before selecting winners:
✅ Provides recognition to everyone nominated
✅ Allows nominees to read meaningful feedback
✅ Creates a positive experience regardless of winning
✅ Builds anticipation for winner announcement
✅ Celebrates broader contributions
Best Practice: Many colleagues value reading heartfelt submissions about them more than winning. Announcing nominees ensures everyone nominated receives recognition.
