If a colleague forgets their Mo password, you can easily send them a Password Reset email and allow them to create a new password.
To do this, head to "Manage organisation-> Users". Search the user in need of a password reset and click the three dots under status. Select "Issue Password Reset".
The user will receive an email such as the one below and they'll easily be able to create a new password!
