Welcome! 🎉

Have you just received an email that looks a little like this?

First of all, welcome! 🤗 Second of all, you'll need to click "Set up your profile" to log into Mo! There are two ways to do this, depending on your company set-up.

Customers who use Mo's Native Login (Not SSO*)

If your company doesn't use our SSO integration, After clicking "Set up your profile", you'll be asked to create a password for Mo.

Important: Your password must be at least 16 characters long, and we suggest including a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, or special characters.

Tip: Copy & Paste this somewhere safe so you remember it for next time! The most secure method would be using a password manager on your device that can help you generate secure passwords and store them so that you can always find your password and keep it secure.

To log in, you will now need to use your email address (the one the welcome email was sent to) and your new Mo password!

Forgotten your password?

If you don't remember your password or are receiving an incorrect password error, you can click "Forgotten password?" and a password reset email will be sent to your email address.
Please note: password reset emails are valid for 24 hours. If you request a password reset more than once, only the most recent reset email link will be valid so make sure to follow the link in the newest email.

SSO Customers

If your company uses single-sign-on (SSO) integration, you will need to use your company credentials i.e. your company email address & password to log in. These are the same credentials you'll use to log into other company applications/websites.

If you're an SSO customer, after entering your email address into Mo, you'll be redirected to your company login screen, this will look the same as any login screen you use for other applications. Enter your usual company email and password, and your organisation will authenticate you. Once successful, you'll be redirected back to Mo.

Please note: If your organization also enforces multi-factor authentication within your login process, you may need to have this setup or go through this when logging into Mo as well.

Forgotten your password?

If you don't remember your password or it's being flagged as incorrect, you will need to raise this issue within your organisation. Users using single sign-on are being authenticated by their organisation and passwords are being managed by their organisation's IT department. Follow the appropriate password reset process for your organisation.

If you have any more questions about logging in, feel free to get in touch! You can do so by clicking the button in the bottom right!😊

*SSO - Refers to single sign-on, a mechanism your organisation may employ to combine sign-in to multiple applications via one single route, where your organisation manages the login credentials. When this is used, you benefit from not requiring multiple login credentials for different apps.
