A 'Content Export' report lets you export all content created related to users' activities (example below).

Getting Started

To download reports in Mo, you'll need to have the 'Analyst' permission and navigate to the reports page by going to Manage Organisation -> Insights and selecting Create Report (at the bottom of the Insights Page)

You can also always view any previously created reports by selecting 'View previous reports' in the Downloadable Reports section at the bottom of the Insights page.

Creating the Report

Report Type

To get started, choose 'Content export' as the report type.

Report Name

This step is pretty self-explanatory, this is where you will create a name for your report, for this example, I have used 'Moment Content (October)'.

Selecting Content-Type:

This is where you will choose what content you would like to view, you can choose one of the following (depending on customer account setup):

  • Users - account information for all users in Mo

  • Nominations - export of all Nomination submissions content

  • Redemptions - export of all Redemptions instances from the Mo store

  • Rewards - export of all Rewards issued content

  • Spending Pots - export the status of all Spending pots, including amounts spent and remaining per pot, for each spending cycle.

  • Ideas - export of all Ideas submitted content

  • Moments - export of all Moments posted content

I have gone with 'Moments' to follow the previous example, but a common report you might often want is also 'Users'.

Date settings:

Now all you need to do is choose the range for these activities, the default time range for this is one month. The maximum time range is 2 months.

Share:

This optional last step allows you to share your report with another Analyst in your organisation.

To confirm your report, hit 'Save'.

You'll now be able to see your report back on the reports page.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch, you can do so by clicking on the icon in the bottom right😄
