With rewards on Mo, you will have a selection of vouchers for you and your colleagues to choose from to use your store credit with.

However, we also give you the option to create your own Custom Store and create Rewards that you know your colleagues will love!

To start creating your very own company store, head to Manage Organisation-> Rewards->Store Inventory. Press "Create new" and fill out the required fields.

Once you've hit "Save", your new reward will be added to your store inventory.

And your reward will appear in the Rewards Store, (just above your vouchers) for your colleagues to choose from!

Once a colleague has selected a Custom Store Item this request will sit in the Redemption queue (Manage organisation->Rewards->Redemption queue) waiting to be fulfilled internally (e.g. by contacting HR or visiting the managers office). This will be stated in the "Instructions" which you would have written when creating the reward.
