Moments are posts where you can tag colleagues to share appreciation, acknowledge achievements, celebrate milestones, or share progress. Use them to ensure great work doesn't go unnoticed.

What Are Moments?

Moments help you:

  • Show appreciation for colleagues who go the extra mile

  • Acknowledge someone doing great work

  • Celebrate team achievements or milestones

  • Share progress updates

  • Recognise efforts that shouldn't go unnoticed

Step-by-Step: Creating Your First Moment

Step 1: Start Creating

  1. Click Create a Moment from your Mo homepage

  2. The Moment creation form will open

Step 2: Write Your Message

  1. Write your Moment content in the text box

  2. Be as brief or detailed as you want

  3. Share what you want to say about the person or achievement

Step 3: Tag Your Colleagues

You will have to tag people to notify them about your Moment. Choose from these methods:

Option A - Type @ mentions:

  • Type @ followed by the person's name (e.g., @john)

  • Select the correct person from the dropdown

Option B - Use the tag icon:

  • Click the tag icon in the top right

  • Search for and add individual colleagues

Option C - Select from your Lists:

  • Choose from your pre-created Lists

  • Great for adding multiple colleagues at once

  • You can create your own personal Lists to tag groups of people

Preview: Tagged colleagues appear in the top right corner of your Moment as you add them.
